Who We are
Mobile Medical and Nursing Inc. is a California corporation. Our company was founded by Dinakar Kotiyan in 2004. Dr. Kotiyan is our President and Chief Executive Officer. Dr. Kotiyan is a Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Degree. He graduated from Rush University College of Nursing, Chicago, Illinois in 2001 as a family nurse practitioner. His extensive experience in healthcare includes Registered Nurse responsibilities in acute care hospitals and home care agencies. He has more than 10 years of experience in teaching nursing students at various levels as well as conducting medical research. His nurse practitioner experience includes comprehensive primary care responsibilities in family practice and long-term care populations. Currently, he is actively and exclusively involved in the administration of Mobile Medical & Nursing, Inc. and the management of long-term care patients.
Our experienced Nurse Practitioners are fully licensed, and have national certification. They possess skills in physical diagnosis, psycho-social assessment, and management of health-illness needs in primary health care. Our Nurse Practitioners may perform primary care service, prescribe medication, perform diagnostic evaluation and patient management services in a nursing facility in collaboration with attending physicians. The services provided by our Nurse Practitioners comply with the scope of practice and are clinically appropriate for the condition of the patient.
